Community Health Services collects personal healthcare stories to help lawmakers, the media and the public understand the importance of everyone having access to affordable, quality healthcare.
Everyone has a valuable story to tell! Sharing your story shows the real life experiences and struggles people in our community face concerning their healthcare.
