Physician Reach Out is a public-private partnership offering a network of more than 900 private physicians and allied health providers who volunteer medical care, free of charge, to low-income individuals who qualify. Individuals who do not qualify for Medicaid and do not have access to private health care insurance qualify for Physician Reach Out.

Physician Reach Out is sponsored by the Mecklenburg Medical Society. In conjunction with the Department of Social Services and UNC-Charlotte, Community Health Services provides enrollment and case management services for this program. For more information, click here.
