Community Health Services offers basic physical exams for employment, school, sports and camp at low cost. Basic physicals include assessments on height, weight, blood pressure, pulse and vision.  Child care, preschool and kindergarten physicals are also offered.

The basic and kindergarten physical exams are $50.  Call for the price of additional services that may be required by the school or employer.
