Your health and well being is important to us. That's why Community Health Services has been providing preventive health care for children and adults with limited means in Charlotte since 1955. Community Health Services provides affordable, accessible and high quality health care for uninsured, underinsured and those lacking access to health care. Our services include chronic disease screenings, counseling and education, referrals and advocacy through our six programs.

These quality health care services are delivered through a central clinic in Uptown Charlotte and 22 community-based nursing clinics.
