Low-Cost Clinic

The community health services low-cost clinic provides basic health care to those who can afford modest office visit fees. Office visits are made by appointment, with some walk-ins accepted. To schedule an appointment or for more information, call 704-375-0172. The clinic is located at 601 E 5th Street, in the Children and Family Services Center. For a map to our clinic, click here.

Clinic Service Fee Schedule

New Client Appointment: $70.00*

Established Client Appointment: $60.00*

Nurse Visit (for BP or BSG check, rechecks, etc): $5.00 *

Physicals: $50.00*

DOT & Comprehensive College Physicals: $80.00

Adult Immunization fees: varies

Laboratory fees: varies

* There will be additional costs associated with the client's visit if the provider and client agree that laboratory test(s) are needed. All clients will be asked to pay for labs prior to having blood drawn for tests during their visit.
